A pre-authorisation of EUR 300 on the credit card used for booking is requested to cover any possible damages.
If Colmarappart does not receive the authorisation, guests will be requested to advance the EUR 300 security deposit via PayPal or a bank transfer.
It will be returned by card or bank transfer, minus any additional charges, consumption or damages, within a period not exceeding two weeks after your departure.
An end-of-stay cleaning is included in the price. Guests are requested to clean and put away the dishes and empty the refrigerator/freezer, as well as the dishwasher, oven and microwave. If not, this will incur a EUR 60 fee taken from the damage deposit.
Alternatively, guests can also choose to pay EUR 30 before their arrival for a complete cleaning including the kitchen.
Guests are asked to inform the property in advance of their bedding preference using the contact details provided on the booking confirmation. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: 44 rue des grandes arcades, 67000 STRASBOURG. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Strasbourg Appart Rue des Grandes Arcades in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

「豎琴精靈」蘇珮卿日前以新歌〈我們都是寂寞的〉一舉入圍第8屆金音獎「最佳創作歌手」、「最佳現場演出」、「最佳風格類型單曲」三獎，同時為《請不要給我你的假笑》巡演與〈叛逆美學三部曲〉拍攝MV，蠟燭兩頭燒的她滿臉欣慰：「很滿足，入圍即是肯定！」
日前她與導演邱柏昶籌拍〈叛逆美學三部曲〉MV，將專輯中曲風最具實驗性的〈爆炸〉、〈小綠人不再孤單〉、〈Fake Smiles〉分別以紅、綠、藍（RGB）三原色為MV基色，融入舞蹈與劇場元素。瘋狂的是，這三支一鏡到底的MV是她與舞團在20小時內、換3套妝髮造型拍攝完成的。
為了美得更叛逆，她連月來勤做運動、瑜伽，戒食最愛的鹹酥雞、珍珠奶茶，連中秋節也不破戒，因此一收工，導演立刻送上蛋黃酥為她解解饞，還穿著紅色禮服的她樂得滿場分送蛋黃酥，片場瞬間彷如另類的新娘送客場面，喜氣沖天。
說到老街，你會想到什麼？山豬肉香腸、芋圓、臭豆腐？台灣老街眾多，是許多民眾、遊客在假日都愛拜訪的地方，但為何本應具有當地特色的老街，久了之後卻似乎失去特色，就連大家在聽到老街時所聯想到的東西都很相像呢？

而失去特色後的老街，就像一般商店街道，許多遊客往往在拍完照、採購完特產後就離開，反而不願深入了解當地文史。不過，現在已有不少老街逐漸發現到這問題，目前也積極找回特色、規畫經營方向，試圖提高遊客對當地老街認同感。
